Fabric’s banking app had grown feature by feature until the experience felt stitched together. We were brought in to unify the product UX and build a design system the team could actually maintain.
The approach
Research first: user interviews, funnel analysis, and a full UI audit. From there we rebuilt the core flows — onboarding, payments, statements — and codified everything into a tokenized component library shared between design and engineering.
The result
Support tickets about navigation dropped by half, and new feature design time went from weeks to days thanks to the shared system.
